Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Lifestyle Therapy & Coaching provides individual therapy, couples counseling, marriage education, relationship coaching, assessments, and digital programs. Services are educational and therapeutic in nature — they are not a substitute for emergency mental health services. If you are in crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room.

Therapy Services

Therapy is provided by Joe Follette Jr., M.Div., LMFT, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Therapy is subject to separate informed consent, confidentiality agreements, and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided at intake.

Assessments

Assessments including the NRSI and SizzleQuiz are informational tools, not clinical diagnoses. Results provide insight and guidance toward appropriate resources.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Payments and Refunds

Session rates and program fees are disclosed before purchase. Therapy sessions are non-refundable after the session occurs. Program refund requests are handled within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content — including the NORM system, assessments, programs, text, and graphics — is the property of JC Enterprise Group, Inc. and protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Telehealth

We offer telehealth services to clients in states where Joe Follette Jr. is licensed to practice. Telehealth sessions are subject to the same confidentiality and professional standards as in-person sessions.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. Results depend on individual participation, effort, and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

JC Enterprise Group, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
