Lifestyle Therapy & Coaching ("LTC," "we," "us") is operated by JC Enterprise Group, Inc., 5416 Alumni Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35806, (256) 850-4426. This policy covers our website and coaching services. Licensed therapy you receive from our clinicians is protected health information (PHI) governed by a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.

1. Coaching vs. clinical care

• Coaching / this website: covered by this Privacy Policy. Coaching is not medical or mental-health treatment.
• Licensed therapy: provided by licensed clinicians and governed by the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices you receive when you begin clinical care. Do not send clinical/health details through general website forms; use the intake process provided for care.

2. Information we collect (coaching/website)

• Contact & account — name, email, phone, and details you submit through forms, scheduling, or sign-in.
• Coaching content — goals and information you share in a coaching context.
• Purchases — payment status/transaction IDs via Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
• Usage & device — coarse diagnostics and essential events.

3. How we use it

To provide coaching, scheduling, and products; to respond to inquiries; to process payments; and to improve our services using aggregated/de-identified data. We do not sell personal information or use the information you share for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing (and limits)

Contracted processors only (Stripe for payments, scheduling/EHR for booking, hosting/email, error monitoring configured not to receive the content of your coaching or health information). We may disclose if required by law, to protect safety, or in a business transfer. Health information tied to licensed care is handled only under the separate HIPAA notice.

5. Retention, rights & deletion

Coaching/website data is kept while your relationship with us is active and as required by law. Request access, correction, or deletion at support@neurospirelabs.com (or your brand contact). GDPR and CCPA rights apply; we do not sell or "share" personal information for advertising. (Health-record retention for clinical care follows the HIPAA notice and applicable law.)

6. Security & children

Encryption in transit and access controls. LTC's services are intended for adults 18 and older (minors receive clinical services only with guardian involvement per the clinical intake).
